Our
unique Position Profiler ensures that the business issue you are going
to solve with the new appointment is accurately described and that appropriate
measurement tools are identified in the first stage of the search process. We will take you through a series of in-depth questions about your business
and the expectations you have of the role you want to fill, not just in
terms of the person, but in terms of what needs to be delivered. We will then ask you more questions about the kind of person you believe
will deliver for your business at this point in time. This data is then mapped onto the Position Profiler, together with the
traditional areas of skills, knowledge and experience, qualifications
and personal and professional background. Our perspective about the role is therefore very business focused. We
can assess which personality traits and behavioural styles will deliver
for you and measure for them. The completed Position Profile becomes the template during the search process, but also after appointment, in determining the new appointees Personal Development Action Plan.
