Every search assignment is unique. Our starting point is to identify that uniqueness and all of its components. A thorough understanding of the client organisation, its markets and how it is perceived is vital to us representing that client out in the market place.

What differentiates our services from most other search firms is the seniority and broad experience of the principals who handle each assignment personally from start to finish. We have all been head hunted ourselves, and commissioned executive search solutions. This understanding of the processes from all angles, coupled with our management, leadership, business and HR expertise plus resourcefulness, drive and determination to offer the best possible solution to each client mean that we deliver. We do not “make do”.

Our consultants are experienced in analysing business problems and giving advice and offering solutions, or facilitating clients to solve their own issues. Assignments are always carried out using consultative, expert and collaborative processes, to ensure that the prospective executive identified will deliver a solution to any or all of the strategic, financial and operational issues which the company is facing.

Potential candidates are identified using a variety of research routes. Additionally, we have all had many years of consultancy and business experience and already have contact books full of executives with great potential (and experience of those who are not of the highest calibre!) who we have seen in action. Our own database is populated with executives who are known quantities as well as those who arrive through the usual channels.

We have a strong reputation in the psychometric testing field, carrying out many assignments per year for other head hunters, psychologists and clients. We have created a robust assessment model that adds a further layer of differentiation from other executive search firms.
